This is a stainless steel glove box with 4 gloves and a chamber about 6 foot by 6' by 4' (ignoring the robot and fixtures in it).  The lower section has tanks and pumps.  An articulated robot arm hangs from the ceiling and hold a spray nozzle.  There is  slide and rotation fixtures on the floor to enable access to all sides of the work.  There is a load-lock port on the right side to enable containment of the atmosphere in the chamber.
The robot and controller are by CRS Robotics.  CRS is now part of Thermo.
The overall system is by S&K Products International.
The gloves currently have covers over them to prevent hands in the chamber when the robot is running.
The image below shows the outside of the load-lock port--note that it is activated by the horizontal air-cylinder.
Above is an image of the articulated CRS robot arm with a spay gun nozzle at the far end  (right).
The following two images show the work manipulator mechanisms that translate and rotate.
The image above shows the inside of the load-lock port with the inside air-cylinder.
There is some sort of monitor as shown in the image above.
One of the four gloves is shown in the image below.
Overall dimension of this unit are about 6' by 6 feet by 82" tall.

The interior chamber height is about 4 feet tall.
The load-lock port is about 18" by 18"
One of 3 Barish Hydra-Cell Pumps model D10ILSGSFEH is shown in the foreground of the image above.
The backside of one of 3 stainless tanks is shown above.  Part of the center tank is shown in the image below.
The left tank is labeled IPA.  The center tank is labeled DRAIN MIX.
The left tank is labeled Terpene.
These are pictures of the left side of the unit with lower cover panels removed.
There are two Crouse-Hinds FVS series Hazardous Location Light fixtures--Note that one does have a crack lens.
There are a whole lot of plastic tubes that connect via the couplings shown above.
There is a spare Bimba Ultran Rodless Cylinder that is still in the box and is over 4 feet long.
There is an Allen-Bradley SLC 500 PLC 1747-PIC interface module included.
A SPARE CRS Robotics A465 Robot Controller is included as shown above and below.  Look further down for the complete controller rack with software and documentation.

Spray Robot Controller CRS A465 and Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 PLC with Panel View 1200 touch screen plus manuals and software.
After a very long time, we had the opportunity to obtain the control console for the stainless robotic spray cleaning system.  Details follow:
The top front section contains power conditioning, the air supply panel and the CRS Robotics A465 robot controller.
Below this is an AB PanelView 1200 flat panel color touch screen display worth 00 by itself.
The teach-pendant and a couple thick manuals are shown below.
The SLC 500 PLC system with 8 I/O modules is shown below.
The pneumatic manifold that attaches to the cleaning cabinet umbilical cord is shown below.
The software included in one of the manuals is shown below.
The front and pack door panels for the control rack are included also.   The Plexiglas front cover has obviously never been used as it still has the scratch protection paper on it.

-where-is. What you see is what you get.  We generally do not have expertise with regard to the items we sell (and would be biased if we did) so check with someone who is an expert, if you are not, before buying. We are in the Desert Southwest so items may need dusting/cleaning when they arrive.

ask). When we do accept a return on an item, the buyer must first obtain an RMA # from us. The buyer pays packing and shipping costs both ways on returns.
Listing description is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing but we are subject to making human errors. The seller's liability, in the event of a listing error, is limited to the amount of the winning bid paid and does not include any responsibility for lost time, opportunity, inconvenience, etc. on the part of the buyer.
We are human and do occasionally maker errors.  If this is not acceptable to you or you don't have the patience to work with us on resolving any issues that might arise, please.
Bad feedback left without trying to work things out first will automatically get the same.
By bidding on this item, the bidder/buyer agrees to assume all responsibility and risk with regard to the appropriateness and legal use of the item and that the seller is free of all liability regarding the use, disposition, condition, legality and appropriateness of this item.

Winning bidder pays all packing and shipping cost in addition to bid amount unless picked up at source (zip 87124 or 87109). (Note that packing & shipping charges are based on weight, size and fragility and have nothing to do with the bid price. Something with a bid price that is almost free could be big, heavy and fragile with commensurately significant P&S charges.) This also means that if the trucking company comes up with extra charges after delivery, the buyer will be required to pay these charges in addition to the quoted amount. Very small items of only a few ounces generally go first class mail with no insurance and no tracking. Items of only a couple pounds usually go priority mail with no insurance and no tracking. FedEx ground is currently our shipper of choice for most items more than a couple pounds. (that have a packed weight less than 150 pounds and are small enough to meet FedEx Ground package size restrictions.) FedEx ground automatically includes 0 insurance and tracking. Used items by truck are only insured for 10 cents per pound
    .
Items left beyond 20 days are subject to storage fees.
Please send your shipping address (including zip code) and delivery contact phone number as soon as you are notified that you are the winning bidder so we can get back to you with the packing and shipping cost. Please note if yours is a business or residential address (Businesses located in a home are residential for shipping purposes.)
If you do not include a delivery contact phone number with your shipping address and there is a problem with delivery, you will not get a refund and you will have to pay for both the return and redelivery shipping cost!
Items that weigh more than 150 pounds or are bigger than 130" length plus girth must ship by motor freight carrier, preferably freight collect. Please note that used items shipped by truck are only insured at 10 cents per pound. Extra insurance is no longer available on used goods. Allow several weeks
for larger items to get packed and picked up by a truck. We can't schedule shipping until we have a delivery contact phone number.
Payment via Paypal is strongly recommended as it cuts about a week off delivery delay.  If payment is not received within 7 days of notification of total amount due, transaction is subject to being listed as failed for non-payment and the item being sold to another buyer.
Please feel free to ask questions. However, make sure you include the item description so we know what you are interested in and we can't calculate shipping cost unless you give us your zip code.
Be sure to include full contact information, item description and number with each communication.  Be sure to use the same name/e-mail address and correct return e-mail address, otherwise our response may not get to you.  We get thousands of e-mails and the harder it is to figure out what you are talking about and get back to you, the more delay there will be in responding to you and the greater the chance you won't get any response at all.
Note that if you wait to the last day, we may not be able to get back to you before the auction closes.
We generally don't have a chance to get to where items are stored until the end of the next business day after we ready your query.  Even more lead-time is needed with regard to weekends--we seldom have a chance to look at e-mail Friday PM through Sunday. We almost never watch any of our auctions close.
Please click on highlighted words for explanation of related terms and conditions.
Bidders outside the USA (including Canadians) must contact us before bidding regarding International Minimums, Extra Export Fees, Shipping & Payment requirements. Even International PAYMENT MUST REACH US WITHIN 7 DAYS! and must be electronic .
Any buyer not following the conditions stated above is subject to disqualification.
