Misidentified Rare Ancient Coin

A continually misidentified coin. We've been through fifteen different coin collectors, museums, universities, companies, and still haven't had anyone say the same thing as the last person. We've been told it's worth a few dollars to it's worth millions. We've had ranges from it's a mid 1900s coin all the way to it's from 1900BC Indus Valley Civilization. Which, that guess was the most informative and included the most information on the coin.
