I have now done well over 150 rebuilds on Sansui, Pioneer, Marantz, and Kenwood Receivers. I specialize in the Sansui 9090db, and the Pioneer SX-1250, along with the rest of the Pioneer line. I have rebuilt most of the common Marantz units, from the 2230, thru 2285, several of the 2300’s, all the 4400(Quads), and even the 2385, and 2500!
These are all over 40 years old now, obviously they need to be recapped, but consider the 40 year old transistors! I have a long list of transistors that are routinely replaced as well! This is truly a rebuild, with a Fulll One Year Service Warrantly!
I do around one rebuild a week, and I get to hear the before and after sound on every rebuild! Most I rebuild arrive in “working” condition, even these are revived, restoring their clarity and nuance! Check my 2360 Positive Feedbacks!
This is a listing for partial rebuilds and recapping, and complete cleaning Marantz receivers and Amps. I can fix Dead on Arrival units as well, parts extra. I have done most 2200 series, several 2300, and actually worked on the rare 2600!  I have done all of the quads, 4400, 4300, and 4275. Includes partial recapping using Nichicon Fine Gold Audio Caps on Flat Amp, EQ/Phono Pre-Amp, Control Amp, and the Power Amp Boards. I reflow hundreds old solder joints. Does not include replacing the large filter caps, if needed. I do not replace any caps on the FM or Am Front End unless I see leaking or bad caps. I replace the lamps and the Vellum to bring back the original look without switching to LED's, which I hate. I guarantee my work for 12 months, not including additional parts, or shipping. After I am done your system will be good for another 30 years! I sell mostof my rebuilds on ebay where I have 2360 positive feedbacks, thanks!
