Shipping is for the continental 48 states. Please contact us if you are not in the continental 48 states and we can provide you the correct shipping cost.

Blind Shipments
We offer drop/blind shipment services for our customers. If you need to blindly ship an item to your own customer, simply leave a note when you checkout via PayPal. We will not include any paperwork or reference to our company (including the return address) with the package.
International Buyers
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Within 30 days of purchase, the customer may return any item in its original package for a refund. We give a refund except the actual shipping charge we paid for shipping. Please note the customer is responsible for the shipping charges incurred for returning any products. We don't provide any refund or replacement for any item that is unpacked, used or damaged in any way.
If the item is not as described or defective in any way, we will replace the item at no cost to the customer or apply a full refund. The choice will be at the discretion of the customer.

If a toner cartridge is defective, please email us without opening up a claim within eBay. We will promptly replace the item or provide a refund once we receive the defective cartridge.
Inks
If a ink cartridge is defective and is not expired, please email us without opening up a claim within eBay. We will promptly replace the item or provide a refund once we receive the defective cartridge. We do not replace or warranty expired inks.
