In this event, and THIS EVENT ONLY, full refund, less shipping charge if any, or exchange is at our discretion after we successfully verify that the item shipped in the original purchase is returned, and restocking fee is waived

Return without authorization will not be accepted.
Unauthorized return may be entered into an unclaimed-item area, no further action is taken until after (a) we receive communication/instruction from Buyer and (b) successfully verify that every item shipped in the original purchase is returned to us.
