    Avco Cup champions for three of the final four WHA seasons, the Winnipeg Jets remain the most successful of the rebel league clubs.
    Offered here is a medal that was presented to
    Bob Guindon
    by the City of Winnipeg for his status as a member of the 1977-1978 Winnipeg Jets Avco Cup championship team.  At 2” in diameter, the gold-colored medal has “Outstanding Achievement Award” in raised letters over the obverse along with a City of Winnipeg coat of arms, with “Bob Guindon” engraved over the reverse along with “Winnipeg Jets Champions” and “World Hockey Association Champions 1977-78”.
    In gorgeous condition with just handling wear, the medal comes in its original blue velvet box (4” x 3” x 1 ¼”) with City of Winnipeg coat of arms over the interior lid.
