Up for sale is a professional repair/restoration service for your Advent 300 receiver. The Advent is a great sounding receiver with an awesome phono section and it's up to you if it's worth upgrading. I will say that having done over a couple hundred of these that all of the electrolytic capacitors are leaking. The dangerous DC offset at the speaker terminals is high, the unit has a loud power on/off thump, the tuning signal drifts, the receiver has an annoying background hiss that's always there regardless of volume level, the cabinet is easily scratched, and the performance you were expecting is just not there. I'm here to fix all that and when you get your Advent back you will be happy you had it restored. All of the capacitors are replaced, the noisy transistors upgraded, the hiss and power thump removed and a brand new exterior cabinet will be provided. If your Advent is not currently working I will take care of that...............no worries. Make sure you have all the knobs present as I have no exterior spare parts left. This is not a walk in the park job...........it takes me 2 full days to do all the work required. Please check my feedback and buy with confidence.
