Only five sets of 4 were made. Four sets are available for sale.
Double-sided cachets are digital prints from sheets of 32 lb., letter-sized, 25% cotton paper, then hand cut, scored, folded and glued into envelopes.
Cachet designs celebrate 4 examples of "Mystery Messages" in history and popular culture.
Designs feature: Kit Williams 1979 book "Masquerade", the sculpture "Kryptos" by Jim Sanborn, Native American Code Talkers of World Wars I and II, and Secret Decoder Rings from the Captain Midnight radio show of the 1940s.
Text on the back of each envelope tells the story of the cachet subject.
Signed, numbered and dated by the designer on back.
